Equal Members Equally Needed

I.          Verses 15-16 – Our opinions of whether we are part of the body are irrelevant even if we think we have a good reason for thinking what we think.

II.        If we all did the same thing…

A.        Verse 17 – If we all did the same thing, then many things would be left undone.

B.        Verses 19-20 – The Church is a body.  If we were all the same we would cease to be a Church.

III.       Verse 18 - We have been placed in the Church as it pleases God.

IV.       Verse 21 – We need each other – BOTH WAYS

V.        Verses 22 – The Church needs each one of us

VI.       Verses 23-24 - On the less comely is bestowed more abundant honor.  Eyes or large intestine. 

VII.     God has tempered us together so that

A.        verse 25 - There would no be no division of any kind

B.        verse 26 - We should suffer or rejoice together
