Winning Souls

 

Proverbs 18:19 A brother offended is harder to be won than a strong city: and their contentions are like the bars of a castle.

 

 

Intro:   There are many saved people out there who have never been won.

 

There are many souls out there who have been won who have never been saved.

 

 

I.          What does it mean to win a soul?

 

Proverbs 11:30 30The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

 

II.        People Buy from who they Like

 

III.       Any one in sales would love to be in the position we are in

 

A.        We offer the most valuable treasure on the planet.

 

B.        We have the best prices on the planet.

 

C.        What we offer meets a need that everyone we has.

 

IV.       How to win a soul

 

A.        Be Persistent –

 

Ecclesiastes 11:4 He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.

 

B.        Be Honest –

 

C.        Be Faithful (do what you say you will do)

 

1 Corinthians 4:2 Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

 

Proverbs 25:19 Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint.

 


 

D.        Be Active


Mark 16:15 15And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

 

E.         Be Transparent


Psalm 32:2 Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
